I’m Nicole and I was born on the first of May. Every year I look forward to celebrating my birthday because birthdays are unapologetic celebrations of life. Just like traveling.

I love to travel because it’s what makes me the most human - I move, I learn, I laugh, I hurt and I love. You don’t leave a place the same way you came, and that place will always be more special because you shared your presence with it.

Unlike many travel bloggers, I have but a modest list of places I’ve been to, and that is perfectly okay. I am a regular person working a full-time corporate job. I travel when I can, with my husband, Christopher, who has made traveling all the more beautiful- because traveling makes me happy and happiness is only real when shared.
